More answers
Where should a new university founder begin?

Start with your mission, institution type, programs, delivery model and intended jurisdiction. The startup planner and a free consultation can help organize these first decisions.

Are licensing and accreditation the same?

No. Operating authorization and quality review are separate. The relevant state authority and accrediting organization each determine their own requirements and decisions.

Do you work with international founders?

NACG serves institutions across U.S. states and internationally, including founders researching North American entry and cross-border academic development.

What happens in the free consultation?

The introductory Google Meet conversation lasts 30 minutes. Discuss your goals, institutional stage and the questions you need to resolve. Any further advisory engagement is scoped separately.
